Product Description
Diamond core drill bit, also known as boring cutters or thin-walled drill bits, can reduce the cost in the production. And it can successfully put out a reusable bar in the workpiece to be processed so that the iron crumb that can be reused after drill bit processing and then becomes a finished product.

The core bore diamond drill bit is made of high quality steel base and synthetic diamond powder by sintering process.
Feature
The diamond core drill bit has the characteristics of high efficiency and long service life. It is especially suitable for processing small deep hole trepanning. The diamond core drill bit consists of a blade, a guide block, a cutter body and a cutter bar. The blades and the guide blocks are arranged circumferentially on the body. The geometry of the blades, the height, the width of the front cutting edge, and the relative position between the planes formed in front of the blade are unique. When the drill bit is working, the cutting force is shared by blades. Thus the cutting is smooth, and it has good chipping effect and high cutting efficiency. It can be used to complete deep hole trepanning with a diameter of at least 20mm and a depth of 50 to 100 times.
